Will your team help set up and break down my order?
No, we offer a drop-off service only. No staff support for setup or breakdown is included.

Is there a delivery minimum?
Yes, the required minimum order is $200

Are meals fully cooked?
Yes, meals come fully cooked. All you have to do is reheat!

Where do you deliver?
For a hassle-free experience, our delivery service allows you to relax while we deliver your food directly to you. We deliver within the 20 mile radius of Charlotte. While we cannot guarantee delivery outside that 20 mile radius, you can always check with us by contacting us here.

Can I order catering the same day as my event?
We can not guarantee orders placed the same day as your event. However, we will do our absolute best to accommodate last-minute requests. Contact us and we’ll let you know what we can do for you.

What is included with my order?
Service includes disposable serving utensils. All food is delivered in disposable aluminum pans.

Do you offer customized menus?
Yes, contact us what you would like and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What is your cancellation or change policy?
The more heads up you can give us, the better. Notify us here and we will do our best to accommodate your change of schedule. For cancellations within 72 hours of your delivery date, we will refund 50% of your order’s total. There are no refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of your delivery date.

Do you have a recommendation for gratuity?
Tipping is optional, but a gratuity can be added at checkout and is always greatly appreciated.
